Welcome to zkpyrognomic.world, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Domain. Our services provide users with access to a suite of tools designed to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. zkpyrognomic reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time without prior notice. Our services are intended for users located in Estonia and are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you will not be entitled to any refunds for any fees paid.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the services or interfere with any other party's use of the services.

You agree to refrain from any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services, or which, as determined by zkpyrognomic, may harm zkpyrognomic or users of the services or expose them to liability. This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any harmful or malicious code, spam, or any other form of unsolicited communication.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this Acceptable Use Policy, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the services, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting such violations to law enforcement authorities.

4. Prohibited Activities

In connection with your use of our services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of zkpyrognomic or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents will terminate the permission or license granted by Domain. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Domain.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant zkpyrognomic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. zkpyrognomic does not endorse any User-Generated Content and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such content.

zkpyrognomic reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms of Service.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of such payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

zkpyrognomic reserves the right to change its pricing and payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing and payment terms.

8. Service Modifications

zkpyrognomic reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that zkpyrognomic will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

In the event of a material change to the services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a notice on our website. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the services immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall zkpyrognomic, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall zkpyrognomic's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. zkpyrognomic may terminate these Terms of Service and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you will not be entitled to any refunds for any fees paid. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and delete any copies of the services in your possession.
